چکیده
Background. The recurrence of autoimmune liver diseases can lead to reduced survival recipients and grafts.Aim. To study the incidence impact on graft survival; effect maintenance immunosuppression in transplant recipientsMaterial methods. Transplantation outcomes 111 (21 operated for hepatitis, 50 primary biliary cirrhosis, 40 sclerosing cholangitis) were analyzed retrospectively.Results. hepatitis is observed 5%, cirrhosis 10%, cholangitis 17% cases. Among patients with diseases, men accounted 54%, while only 31% subgroup without relapse (p=0.004). followup (64.5 (42.8;82.0) months) was comparable follow-up (46.5 (17.9;103.5) months, p=0.54). A ten-year significantly higher group recurrent compared (p<0.0001).Conclusions. leads a decrease survival. components risk has not been established.

This clinical syndrome is caused by an immune response that is misdirected against self or foreign antigens that resemble self-antigens, leading to a progressive inflammatory and fibrotic process of the liver (Krawitt, 2006; Czaja, 2...

context the pnpla3 i148m variant has been recognized as a genetic determinant of liver fat content and a genetic risk factor of liver damage progression associated with steatohepatitis. the i148m variant is associated with many chronic liver diseases. however, its potential association with inflammatory and autoimmune liver diseases has not been established. evidence acquisition we systemically...

Immunoablative therapy and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) is an intensive treatment modality aimed at 'resetting' the dysregulated immune system of a patient with immunoablative therapy and allow outgrowth of a nonautogressive immune system from reinfused hematopoietic stem cells, either from the patient (autologous HSCT) or a healthy donor (allogeneic HSCT). HSCT has been shown...
